Returns Policy

At GRANATO, each piece is hand assembled in small batches using natural materials. Variations in color, pattern, and texture are expected and are part of what makes each piece unique.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition.

Natural Materials

Because natural stones and materials vary, slight differences from product photos are not considered defects and are not eligible for return on that basis alone.

Custom Sizes

Custom-sized pieces may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
