GRANATO pieces are created using natural stones and quality materials. Variations in color, pattern, and texture are expected and make each piece unique.

How long does my order take to ship?

Please allow 5–7 business days for production and processing before shipment.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Orders over $100 USD qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, GRANATO ships within the United States only.

How do I choose my bracelet size?

Sizing information is available on each product page. If you are between sizes, sizing up is generally recommended.

Will my bracelet look exactly like the photos?

Natural materials vary. Each piece is unique and slight differences should be expected.

Are your pieces handmade?

Yes. Each GRANATO piece is hand assembled in small batches.
